Queens Court’s Evelyn Lozada Engaged to Contestant LaVon Lewis

The Queens Court actress got engaged to LaVon Lewis, a finalist, after finding love on the Peacock dating show. In fact, on a day that was already very special, the couple reached that point in their relationship in December: Evelyn turned 47 years old.
In an interview with People that was published on March 16, Evelyn stated, “I didn’t know that he was going to propose that day.” I had no idea what I was getting myself into. He was by and large extremely slippery and, believe it or not, I was somewhat bothered on the grounds that I’m such an alpha female and I’m similar to, for what reason do I need to pack? Why must I perform this? I had a really hard time just letting go and letting him do what he wanted.
In front of their loved ones, 42-year-old LaVon proposed. However, he acknowledged that getting the Basketball Wives alum to the Los Angeles gathering was more difficult than it seemed.
He explained, “The thing about Evelyn is that it is very difficult to surprise her.” We’re going somewhere, so I told her to gather her belongings. Up until she got to the front door, she was blindfolded. When she walked in, she was greeted by about twenty close friends and family members, large letters that read “marry me,” roses on the ground, and other similar gestures.
In addition to Evelyn and LaVon, Queens Court also featured Nivea and Tamar Braxton looking for a second chance at love. On the finale, Tamar tied the knot with finalist Jeremy “JR” Robinson.
